- Legal Agreement.
The following general conditions shall apply to all orders placed and shall be deemed accepted by the customer at the time of formalization of their order.
- Order Formalization.
The order shall be deemed formalized upon receipt of full payment of the initial deposit or full purchase price, or at the time the order is formalized through our website. Once the order has been accepted, the customer may request a free copy of the invoice in paper and/or electronic format. This request must be made by sending an email to geral@bricoverde.pt.
- Delivery Dates and Deadlines.
Delivery dates are confirmed at the time the order is placed. For items in stock, delivery times range between 7 and 15 business days, while for customized products made to the customer’s specifications, delivery times range between 3 and 4 months and shall be confirmed with each order. Delivery times for customized orders involving new manufacturing processes to the customer’s specifications may be subject to delays not attributable to our company, which, if they occur, shall be duly justified to the customer, such as those related to maritime transit. If the customer delays the formalization of the order or the payment of the agreed amount, the delivery date shall be postponed to the time when the customer has caught up. Bricoverde does not guarantee delivery on a specific day and time, coordination with our transporters is necessary. We reserve the right to freely choose the mode and means of transportation. The transportation price is for delivery to the front door, unless otherwise expressly agreed by quote, and it is presumed in advance that the delivery trucks have sufficient space to transport the package to the destination street. When the customer carries out the transportation, they assume the risk and we are exempt from any liability for the goods.
- Prices.
Prices include VAT, except for Madeira or any other island with a specific tax regime, in which case the corresponding agreement shall be reached through a quote.
- Payment Methods.
We offer various payment options to our customers:
Payment by bank transfer: An advance payment of 40% of the value is required as a sign of purchase. The remaining 60% must be settled when the product is ready to be shipped to the customer’s home, prior to receipt of the merchandise, once the correct condition has been confirmed.
*Important: If requested at the time of order or subsequently, the remaining 60% payment may be made at the time of delivery of the merchandise, directly to the transporter. This option entails a commission of 90 euros + VAT and the total amount must be delivered to the transporter by nominative bank check.
- Returns and Warranty.
Bricoverde guarantees its products against any manufacturing defect for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery, except for wear items such as digital components, faucets, or lights, for which the warranty will be 1 year. If the goods have any manufacturing defect, Hidromassagem’s website undertakes to repair, replace, reduce the price, or rescind the contract, operations that will be free for the consumer and user. The natural wood skirts of outdoor spas are intended for indoor use, not outdoor use, and in these cases, Hidromassagem’s warranty for this particular material is excluded. Hybrid models of wet sauna + dry sauna do not include a floor among their features, as well as Turkish baths. For those projects in which an adaptation of machinery is requested for the use of saltwater, whether for hot tubs, spas, or pools, this adaptation will have an additional cost that will be quoted in each particular case, and will involve the installation of a different control panel from the usual, with PVC jets and without FM radio and CD connection.
In cases where the customer decides to install the product buried in the ground (bathtubs, pools, and spas), it will be advisable to concrete the hole and it is essential to leave an access perimeter on all sides of the device for maintenance. The warranty on our products will be invalidated in all cases where installation procedures are not followed, as described in the manuals provided with the product. Likewise, it will not cover damage caused by misuse of our products, breakage or damage caused by incorrect assembly or handling, incorrect storage, installation, or incorrect repair not carried out by our Official Technical Service, in which case our liability will be limited to the replacement of spare parts.
Eco Passion’s website reserves the right to make minimal modifications to the structure and/or aesthetics of the products, always maintaining similar quality and technical characteristics. All this in an attempt to improve the proper functioning of our products.
In accordance with article 68 of Law 3/2014 of March 27, the customer can cancel the order up to 14 calendar days after receiving the product and request a refund of what was paid according to the deadlines established by law, without incurring any expense for the consumer, who will receive the corresponding refund of the total purchase, that is, the price of the product plus shipping costs. The product must be packed in the original packaging or one of similar characteristics, in which case the item may suffer depreciation, and the return costs will be borne by the consumer. The customer will place the product at the door of their house where it will be collected by the carrier. Payment will be made by the same method in which the order was placed within 14 calendar days from the date on which the consumer and user have informed about their decision to terminate the contract. In the case of cancellation of customized orders that involve the new production of an article to the consumer’s liking, the customer will lose the amounts paid on account so far, because once the order is received by the customer, the orders are ordered firmly for production and paid for by our firm at 100%.
